Teaching! It's all in the process

The process includes -

- establish an interactive classroom, 

- teach for success on grade level,

- ask questions and analyze answers,
- set up students to work together

which leads to independent success,

- provide detailed examples for copying and enrichment.

I have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist.

Teaching might even be the greatest

of the arts since the medium is

 the human mind and spirit.
